This CowTipper is ideally suited to the hoof trimmer or Veterinarian on the road, who wants to handle a large number of animals in the shortest possible time.
This robust CowTipper has specially designed weight transfer axle to allow it to be changed from a mobile crush on on wheels to a secure solid stationary piece of equipment able to control and withstand the weight and strength of the largest of bulls. It is road certified with brakes, led lights, easy quick setup and packing away, easy to access electricity points, extra storage for trimming tools and a plumbed in power washer.
The advantage of this machine over other crushes on the market is the extendable rump rail which helps guide in the most stubborn of animals in complete safety and ease and the speed of inspection of the hooves.

This CowTipper is ideally suited to the dairy farmer or beef farmer that wants a crush that can handle whole herds and inspect animals in the shortest possible time.
This CowTipper can be permanently fixed in place or can be adjusted for vehicles like handlers for moving around the yard. It can also be made to tip to the left or the right depending on your yard needs.

- Extremely simple operation and handling abilities; the Cow Tipper is specifically designed with both the cow and the operator in mind;
- Cow friendly - unlike conventional upright crushes, the tipper is not putting any stress on cow joints and all feet are restrained which ensures complete safety for the user;

This new product is compatible with the existing roll over hydraulic crush the “Cow tipper”. It is a multi cow corral that will organise cows quickly and easily into line for hoof trimming and other veterinary procedures.
This new product is compatible with our existing roll over hydraulic crush the “Cow tipper”. It is a multi cow corral that will organise cows quickly and easily into line for hoof trimming and other veterinary procedures.
It is built to suit the cows instinct that when enclosed in a space they will find and use an exit. When the first cow leaves the corral using the exit the rest will want to follow. The Cow Tipper Corral has a purpose built exit that allows the animals to find their way through the corral to the crush and with the use of the hydraulic rump rail the cow is guided into the crush for treatment. This “escape route” is designed using gates in a circular pattern so that the leading cow does not see the exit until she reaches the crush. The following cow will be held back with a gate until the operator is finished with the previous one.
It speeds up the procedure of loading and handling animals into the inspection/treatment crush saving time and labour. It is also a much safer working environment making the procedure less stressful to both the animal and the operator.
